I've learned this through my friend.
He said he uses this so that he can level faster.
You should know how to use cheat engine.
All you have to do is open your cheat engine and enable or adjust the speedhack into High Value you want. The speed hack make the speed of the character faster when they attack.
This will help you because the delay have shorter each time you attack if you set up the value of the speed into a High value. This way you can finish your quest faster than a normal speed.
But it only fasten the attack, not the speed of one's character. ^_^v
You can also apply this in farmville.

But I don't think it is a cheat. It's just a guide.
You will depend on your character's capabilities and not on the said cheat.
The only difference is you had to use cheat engine and speedhack.
